Aileen is a chartered surveyor with over 40 years experience in the industry. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Aileen has shown her technical expertise in local, national and international projects, and now leads Melville Gomes Associates with a commitment to quality and integrity. Outside of work Aileen is a keen munroist likes to spend time with family.

Jaye is a Graduate Building Surveyor currently working towards full chartered status. His pragmatic approach and calm professionalism play a key role across the firm’s projects, delivering work efficiently and to a high standard. Jaye builds strong, dependable relationships with clients through his clear communication and steady, solutions-focused manner. Outside of work, he’s a keen footballer and proud Falkirk ‘bairn’.
